Display changes in the suspect column instead of History of modified

I would like to know if we can display the "modified object text" in the suspect column, rather than the history.

I would like to have Clear suspension "TO" part to display. Any thoughts?

Just in detail, Is there a way to display the change instead of listing which object text was changed? What I would like to display is the actual change that can be seen when you right click and select "clear suspicion".
